   • Do not post copyrighted or proprietary materials without authorization.

   • Credit all sources when sharing content not originally created by you.

3. Confidentiality

   • Avoid disclosing sensitive company information or internal communications.

   • Respect fellow members' privacy; do not share personal details without consent.

   • Do not use the community for unauthorized promotion, solicitation, or recruitment.

   • All proposals for external collaborations must be pre-approved by DIP.

Code of Conduct

By participating in the community, you agree to:

• Avoid discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate behavior.

• Refrain from engaging in conflicts or spreading misinformation.

• Report violations of this policy to the community moderators.

Enforcement and Accountability

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Formal Warning: For minor infractions.

• Temporary Suspension: Access to the community may be temporarily restricted.

• Permanent Removal: Serious violations may result in removal and membership review.

Note: Moderators will handle violations on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and consistency.
